Constitucion Is the second biggest prostitution area in Buenos Aires.Going there is pretty dangerous. If you are in to lady-boys and you are brave this is the place to go.

A robber got cought in front of us. Two guys from the neighborhood stopped him. People were screaming police! A police officer standing one block away never came.
